Standort des Originals: Louvre, Paris, Inv.-Nr. Sb 3800/433. Der nackte Oberkörper einer Frau ist im Zentrum einer quadratischen Platte mit dreieckigem Aufsatz reliefartig herausgearbeitet. Die Frau hält mit ihrer rechten Hand die linke Brust, offensichtlich über ein von der linken Hand gehaltenes Gefäß. Die figürliche Darstellung wird umrahmt von einem kreisförmigen Ring mit erhabenen ausgeformtem Strukturmuster. Entlang des Plattenrandes ist ebenfalls ein Strukturmuster reliefartig herausgearbeitet. Die dargestellte Göttin aus Susa, eine nackte Göttin, auch als \"fecunditas\" bezeichnet, preßt mit einer Hand die Brust und fängt mit der anderen Hand die Milch in einer Schale auf. Das Thema ist nicht griechisch. Man hat versucht, es mit orientalischen oder ägyptischen Darstellungen in Verbindung zu bringen.
